We will publicize a scrolling Campaign Partner Thank You Section in the BIA website to highlight all generous bonus contributions, monetary donations and services involved.
Expectations
- Maintain your bonus offer and redemption mechanism for 120 days (September 1 through December 31, 2005) to ensure donors have enough time to take advantage of your offer.
- Actively promote the Blessings In Adversity campaign (failing to agree to these terms is not equitable for other campaign partners and shortens our ability for maximum exposure).
- Please note - if you are not willing to comply with these expectations please consider another avenue of participation for this year's campaign. Refer to end of the letter for details.
Active "Must Do" Roles
- Provide a quality bonus. Once determined, fill out our 2005 Blessings In Adversity campaign partners form and provide the following information..
- High-resolution company logo.
- Description of free product offer with company website address
- Value of your product
- Link to redeem
- Send personalized emails with our Blessings In Adversity weblink to your newsletter subscribers, customers, clients, associates, etc.
- Place Blessings In Adversity banners on your websites.
Deadlines
Based on key lessons learned in last year’s campaign, we will solicit and finalize bonus participation during a two-week window. Officially, we will begin bonus acquisitions on Monday, August 15 at 8:00 am CST and close Friday, August 26 at 5:00 pm CST. We require all bonuses, pictures, logos and descriptions at that time. The campaign will run through September 30th with the bonus redemption page remaining live through December 31, 2005 for the convenience of all those who donated.
2005 Blessings In Adversity Timeline
The BIA website will go live at Noon CST on Monday, August 29 in order to ensure that all websites and associated links are active by the official launch date of Thursday, September 1, 2005 .
Disclaimer- We respectfully reserve the right to reject bonus offerings if they do not meet our qualifications of overall preceived value for the majority of our target audience. We also reserve the right to pull or discontinue a bonus offering should it be deemed that there is an issue which has potential to degrade this campaign or for lack of participation in the campaign promotion in fairness to other campaign partners who are committed.
